Win up to 100,000 AdventureCoins in the AdventureQuest Worlds "Anything-Goes" Contest!

Yup. We literally mean ANYTHING.

If you’re looking at the AdventureQuest Worlds’ Kickstarter and thinking things like, “oh yeah, I could totally make something AMAZING for AQW Infinity” then GOOD! This is the contest for YOU. Starting today and throughout the duration of the Infinity Kickstarter campaign, we are unleashing the most chaotic & creative community contest we’ve ever done in Artix Entertainment history with not only the longest run-on sentences ~but~ also the highest payout EVER: 100,000 AdventureCoins for the Grand Prize winner!!

This is so much more than just an art contest… this is a CREATIVITY EXPLOSION COMPETITION!!!

If it’s inspired by AdventureQuest Worlds and/or Infinity ~and~ it shows your creative effort… IT 100% BELONGS HERE.

What can I make?

Yes.

More specifically, but not limited to:

*takes a big deep breath*

Fan Art, Fan Fic / Short Stories, Comics, Poetry, Music / Songs, Music Videos, Memes, GIFs, Animations, Videos (could be long-form, short-form, funny, chaotic, action-packed, an 80s-inspired Kung-Fu movie starring Moglins, a DragonSlayer Soap Opera, or legit anything you can possibly imagine), ASMR (like the gentle brushing of a Dracolich, or the whispering of affirmations to a Sneevil, or…?), V-Tuber Rigs, Cosplay, Cosplaying your pets, IRL Armor / Weapon Builds, Prop Replicas, Foam Smithing, Metal Working (forge your own metal moglin?? hello!!!), Woodworking (Infinity-themed doors are so unhinged, so to speak), 3D Prints / Models, Resin Art, Dioramas, Miniature Builds, Mega Builds, Crochet, Cross-stitch, Quilting, Fashion Design, Custom Sneakers!!!, T-shirt Mockups, Nail Art, Makeup Transformations, Cake Decorating 🎂, Cookie Art, Bread (if you decide to “rise” to the challenge), Latte Art, Potion Mixology (non-explosive preferred, but not required), Game Trailers, TikToks / YouTube Shorts, Actual Shorts decorated in an AQW-theme, Fake Commercials, Real Commercials?, Mock Documentaries, NatGeo-style Moglin Geographic Documentaries, Lore Theories… or Conspiracies 👀, Conspiracy Boards with all those red strings everywhere, Character Sheets in 2D, 3D, or hecc, why not 4D, Trading Card Concepts, “Crossovers” with other games (Minecraft builds, Roblox adaptations, etc), Dance Choreography, Stop-Motion, Plushies, Custom Figures, Papercraft, Origami, LEGO Builds, Playing Cards / Tarot Card Sets, Sticker Packs, Discord Emoji Sets, Phone Wallpaper Packs, Infinity-themed Workout Videos (those DoomKnight Deadlifts are brutal), Cooking Tutorials… with or without chaos, of course, Parody Songs… with or without Weird Al, of course, or maybe something so whacky we never even imagined was possible?!

TL;DR:

If it’s creative, ✅
if it oozes effort, ✅✅
and if it screams “I love AQW ~and~ I have TALENT… or CHAOS… OR BOTH!!!” ✅✅✅ then YES, it absolutely belongs here.

The Rules & How to Enter

You can use any medium ~and~ any tool in your creative toolbox (or inventory bag) to create your creation(s). It’s called “anything-goes” for a reason! Your submission(s) must:

1. Directly reference AQWorlds and/or AQW: Infinity
2. Showcase your creative talent; no commissions
3. Be posted on social platforms like FB, X, YT, etc
4. Include:

Your AQW character name
Title of your work
Short description that describes your workflow, the IRL story behind your creation(s), and/or the totally made-up in-game lore revolving around your masterpiece!
Use the hashtags:
#AQW #Infinity #Kickstarter

5. For every major social platform you post on, a +1 point will be added to your score. Example: if you post your entry on Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, you will get +5 points added to your final score!

6. After uploading to social(s), link us on AQW’s Anything-Goes Contest Form so it doesn’t get lost in the THOUSANDS of other entires

The Prizes

The #1 Grand Prize Winner

This prize is ABSURD.

• 100,000 AdventureCoins
• 12 Month Membership
• An exclusive, 1-of-a-kind “Anything-Goes” Character Badge

We are NOT playing around. But you certainly will be! The Grand Prize will go to that special (or slightly unhinged) someone who absolutely obliterates our brains with the most amazing thing ever.

Basically make us do this, and that Grand Prize might be yours 🤯

1st Place Winners

The top winner in each category (art, writing, video, wildcard) receives:

• 50,000 AdventureCoins
• 12 Month Membership
• The “Anything-Goes Contest Winner” Character Badge

2nd Place Winners

• 20,000 AdventureCoins
• 6 Month Membership
• The “Anything-Goes Contest Winner” Character Badge

3rd Place Winners

• 10,000 AdventureCoins
• 3 Month Membership
• The “Anything-Goes Contest Winner” Character Badge

Runner Ups

I’m expecting unsafe levels of pandemonium at this point, so the judging process will probably become mighty messy (no complaints!). Therefore, our Runner Ups will receive a payout of AdventureCoins based on the scores given by our judges.

*peeks at judges panicking already*

Judging

We are judging based on

creativity
effort
originality
artistic expression
AQW / Infinity theme (obviously)
and the creative use of tools that are available to you.

Bring your A-game. And your AE-game. Both are valid ~and~ required to win.

Remember: post your entry on all 5 major platforms (FB, X, IG, YT, and TkTk) to earn +5 bonus points added to the judges’ scores.

Think your drawing or writing can’t be on YouTube or TikTok? Think again! Record a time-lapse, upload a voice over, use TikTok’s Photo Mode to tell your story, or get creative with the presentation. Your art is just the beginning… and how you showcase it can totally boost your score!

A note on creativity

This contest celebrates imagination and creativity in all its forms.

Your submission MUST reflect meaningful creative input and transformation. We’re here to spotlight creators, storytellers, editors, artists, composers, meme lords, blacksmiths, chaos gremlins, dreamers, dragons, and legitimately everyone in-between.

If you poured time, effort, and creativity into your creation, it 100% belongs here. Full stop.

Let's go!

Timeframe

🏁 Begins Tuesday, March 3, 2026
⏰ Ends Monday, April 6, 2026, at 11:59pm EST

No, you will not escape our retweets, mwahaha!

Super important stuff (do NOT skip)

• By entering this contest, you grant Artix Entertainment permission to use your work across socials, websites, and the like

• You may enter as many submissions as you want, but note that low quality entries will not win a prize
• In the event a player has multiple winning entries, only the highest payout will be awarded (AdventureCoins do not stack)

• No hate content, and that includes hateful comments to other participants
• Must post your submission(s) on at least 1 major social media platform
• Use the hashtags:
#AQW #Infinity #Kickstarter
• You’ll get +1 point added to your final score depending on how many social platforms you post on; max of +5 points awarded per submission

AQW’s Anything-Goes Contest Form

AQWorlds has been the “anything-goes” game for 18 years…

…and we’re honoring that tradition right now with our Anything-Goes Contest!

AQWorlds reimagined MMOs back in 2008, and now AQW: Infinity is the exciting remaster rebuilt for mobile, launching on Steam, and evolving EVERYTHING we love into something even bigger and better.

And the best way to celebrate? Alongside the amazing community that helped build it, shape it, meme it, and stayed with it for nearly two decades 🥰

So load up your toolbox. Prepare your medium. Add glitter... and sprinkles! Or maybe not. Show off what happens when your imagination gets cranked to infinity...literally! Unleash that "Anything-Goes" mindset. And give us everything but the kitchen sink!

Actually… you can give us that too.

On behalf of everyone at Artix Entertainment and AdventureQuest players worldwide, we cannot wait to see what you create!

Battle on to Infinity, creativity, and beyond!
