Darkon's Saga III: Necessary Sacrifices

Return to the Madness this weekend!

This weekend, log in and battle through the next chapter in Darkon's Saga as we bring you Part III: Necessary Sacrifices! Gear up, because you're facing a battle on multiple fronts: Eridani's deadly disease has now spread to Astravia, its tyrannical King faces an uprising, and the mysterious members of the Scale continue to wreak havoc all around you.

Beast of the Legion Finale

Dage's Dark Birthday 2021 continues this weekend!

This weekend, WAR is upon us! Dage has added the might of his Undead Legion to aid the Seven Circles' guards. As heroes of Lore, we MUST NOT allow the Beast to be freed, no matter what it takes. Fight through waves of enemies in the /sevencircleswar map. Show them no mercy, for they are not our allies anymore.

The story so far...

Long ago, the Beast, an undead creature of mass destruction, ravaged Lore until the Archfiend Nulgath sealed it away. Now those seals are breaking and the Beast seeks to wreak havoc on Lore once again. Last weekend, the heroes of Lore ventured into the Seven Circles of the Underworld to seek out Virgil, the Guide of the Underworld's most dangerous prison and prevent the Beast from escaping and becoming whole with it's other half, Dage the Evil.

New Dark Rewards

All month long, we'll be releasing new Legion and Underworld-themed reward farming sets for you to collect. This weekend's rewards: Legion Viking set from the war merge shop and the Legion Forge Spawn! Talk to Vulcar the Underworld Forge Master in the /underworld map to begin his quest. If you are level 65+ you can begin his create. Gather enough Soul Sand and he'll craft the Legion Bonfire for you to unlock even MORE gear.

Fight through the /sevencircles map to create all of the pieces of the Underworld Nemesis armor set. Members of the Undead Legion: the Legion Warrior, Rogue, Healer, and Mage are available just for you in the Legion Token merge shop!

This weekend, all heroes can /join legionarena and battle the monsters there to collect the pieces of the Underworld Scourge armor set.

If you're not a member of the Undead Legion, never fear! You, too, can sell your soul to Dage the Evil and become a part of his immortal army.

Who is Dage the Evil?

If you're just joining us, you might not know who Dage the Evil is. In-game, Dage the Evil is the leader of the Undead Legion, ruler of the Underworld, and the Dark Weaponsmith. Many years ago, in the real world, the artist behind the NPC started releasing more and more rewards for his birthday until it became an annual, fan-favorite holiday. But the zones for his one, true love... PVP... are availalbe all year long!

Dark Caster Class Series Returns

The Undead Legion is made up of Lore's finest undead (and not-undead-yet) warriors. That is why last year, we brought back ALL the Dark Caster Class skills, tied to art created by Dage just for his birthday. Each class is available from Dage's Dark Birthday Shop for 2,000 ACs and will return each year for his birthday.

Infinite Dark Caster Class uses the Evolved DC class skills

Immortal Dark Caster Class uses the original DC class skills

From deep within the shadows of the Underworld, the Beasts of the Legion stalk their prey, slaying swiftly and silently. To slay the beast, you must BECOME the beast. Get the Beast of the Legion upgrade bonus pack when you buy any AdventureCoin or Membership package of $10 USD or more and unlock all the gear + an exclusive character page badge.

After you purchase an account upgrade, select a bonus set of your choice from a list of options in your Account Manager.

Unlock the Legion WarSeeker Set

Available every year from March 1st - 31st

March is the month of EVIL! Warriors around Lore channel their inner darkness, rage, and embrace the war-like spirit that lives within. This month's seasonal set honors that drive, featuring a new set straight out of the Underworld: the Legion Warseeker.

Starting Sunday, March 1st at 12:01 AM EST (that's server time), unlock the Legion Warseeker armor and all its accessories!

There are two ways to get the gear:

1) Total package: Buy the entire set directly through the website for $9.99 USD

2) Individually: Buy each of the individual pieces from Garek the Traveling Gear Merchant in Battleon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as ann upgrade bonus?

Upgrade bonus gear is an extra reward for buying AdventureCoin or Membership packages; new bonus gear comes out roughly every month. Seasonal set packs are bought separately. Just like the Flame Dragon Warrior pack, you can buy the entire set directly, for one price, on our site. You can ALSO buy the individual pieces in-game.

This set will return EVERY March, so if you can't get it now, you'll have another chance in upcoming years.

What if I just want ONE of the items?

You're in luck! Talk to Garek in Battleon. He'll be selling the individual pieces of the set through January 31st.

Where do I get my gear if I buy the full set through the website?

You'll find it in your Book of Lore.
