Player Support Update: Email issues
Some emails from the Help Team may be delayed
Hi, all! I've got bad news and good news - the bad news is that we are experiencing issues replying to emails due to an issue with our mail server.
The good news is that Captain Rhubarb is working on it RIGHT NOW and we will re-send any affected emails tomorrow.
