Log Into AQW with Facebook

Preview: Coming Facebook Functionality!

You love to battle, and we love to make it easier for you to play AQWorlds! So in the near future we are enabling Facebook Connect, which means once you link your AQWorlds and Facebook accounts, you will be able to log into AQW with one-click! Read on to find out how you will link your Facebook account once it is ready.

Linking Your AQWorlds Account

1. Log in on your AQW account as you normally would at AQ.com/play-now
2. Open your options menu
3. Click "Account" tab
4. Click "Link"
5. Depending on which browser you use, you'll need to log into your FB account OR it will automatically link your account (if you are logged into FB elsewhere)
6. Log out of AQWorlds.
7. Click the blue FaceBook login button.
8. Choose a server.
9. Battle On!

Based on your feedback, we are calling the FB Connect an early preview and removing it while we make changes to the system.

Account Safety Tips to Remember

If you have a computer that only YOU have access to (or a secure profile on a family computer), then you are all set! If you play AQWorlds on a shared computer, MAKE SURE YOU LOG OUT after each use! This is a GREAT feature as long as you use it right and safely!

Note: If your Facebook account gets hacked, you will be able to log into your AQWorlds account normally and unlink it.

All of the normal account safety tips apply:

• Do not give out your password to anyone!
• No REAL Staff member will ever ask you for your password! This includes anyone pretending to be a Staff member on any social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
• Do not fall for scams such as:
  "I'll give you a free upgrade."
  "Who wants a verified Guardian/Dragonlord/StarCaptain on their account?"
  "Want to Trade Accounts?"
  "Who wants Free AdventureCoins?"
  "A Staff member asked me to give you free stuff!" 
  "Can you give me your password so I can look at your character?"
• Please report any user in-game who asks for your password or who uses scams the ones above. Just type /report playername.
• Use a password that is at least 8 characters long that is alpha-numeric and case sensitive and that is something difficult to guess. Don't use a password such as qwerty, god, dog, mom, password, etc. The longer the password the more secure it is!
• Do not leave yourself logged in on a public computer such as at a school or a library.
• Do not save your account name and password on a public computer.
• Do not enter your account name and password on any other website but an official Artix Entertainment site!
