Friday the 13th and Voltaire go together like undead invasions and Paladins. So of course, this Friday our always-positive, family-friendly game team and community want to welcome Voltaire back for another musical event! With songs from his new album- “Hate Lives in a Small Town”- he and Deady are about to bring an all new level of chaos to AdventureQuest Worlds!
Who is Voltaire?

Voltaire is the maker of music, films, books, comics, toys and... mayhem. We love his comedic songs "Brains!" and "Land of the Dead" as seen on TV in the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. He has released 6 albums including the AQWorlds tongue-in-cheek "all-audiences" appropriate Spooky Songs for Creepy Kids. (A direct result of some of our younger players and their parents sending him messages - way to go guys!) Recently, Voltaire won BEST ANIMATION at the Famous Monsters of Filmland Imagi-Movies Film Festival for his short film "DemiUrge Emesis" which was narrated by Danny Elfman. OMG! The Voice of Deady is...
Leonardo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!?
Deady the evil teddy will be voiced by world famous voice actor Michael Sinterniklaas. Best known as the voice of Dean Venture from Adult Swim’s The Venture Brothers and Leonardo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series!
With voiceovers done by Voltaire, members of the AE team, and voice actor Michael Sinterniklaas - you’re in for a fast-paced event full of music, mayhem, and undead alien domination!
Songs used in the event were carefully chosen to be suitable for players of all ages (including the youngest ones). Voltaire's websites and the songs found there (except the Spooky Songs for Creepy Kids) contains lyrics and themes which are intended for audiences age 13+.
