This Friday is... a FRIDAY THE 13th! An inter-dimensional evil bunny working for a shadowy overvillian known only as "The Beastmaker" who is creating evil bunny minion clones and.... well, this is where is starts getting weird.There is an egg-shaped Secret Weapon with a timer on it.... and the timer is counting down! (Why do these things never count up?) It is the 2nd Friday 13th of the year... it is time to break some eggs and crack some heads if you want to save the world! (Which we do. Right? Just checking.)
Friday the 13th
The super unlucky day, "Friday the 13th" only happens one to three times per year... and it has become one of the most celebrated holidays of AdventureQuest Worlds. We always go ALL out, with crazy new events featuring everyone's favorite goth/gypsie/pirate muscian, Voltaire, and his homicidal teddy bear friend, Deady. and the Vorutanian Key Blade!

Within our gaming community, Voltaire is a greater iconic figure of Friday the 13th than the hockey mask-wearing Jason. He even has his own Friday the 13th card in our card game! He is returning to AQWorlds for this special event with a brand new song and several characters from his comic books!
Note: Voltaire made an album for his younger fans titled "Spooky Songs for Creepy Kids" (All Ages) which you can get on his website!
The songs used in our event were carefully selected to be appropriate for all audiences.
However, most of Voltaire's music and videos are intended for mature audiences. If you are under the age of 13, please get your parents permission.
Deady
The Evil Teddy (... erm, um, Bunny!?)
Cute on the outside, very twisted on the inside! That is what you get when the Galaxy's greatest evil escapes confinement from its homeworld and possesses the body of a discarded teddy bear. First seen in stores at Hot Topic and in his comics (we prefer "graphic novels") by Voltaire, Deady has been released into the real world in the form of several toys (almost all of which are now rare and unobtainable.) We even made a Deady video game a while back!
Sleezter Bunny
Inter-dimensional Neverworld... thing....
In the Deady comic books, Sleezter is Deady's nemesis. He is a minion of a powerful being known only as "The Beastmaker" who hails from the dark, monster filled Neverworld.
We are pretty sure he is not a bunny. We think he just put on a Deady Bear suit upside down....

Voltaire says he wrote this song after he asked his fans on Facebook how to describe his music. One person responded, "Your music is like Riding a Black Unicorn Down the Side of an Erupting Volcano While Drinking from a Chalice Filled with the Laughter of Small Children!" Voltaire had one of those "YES!!!!!!" moments... and named his new album and hit song after it.
