Subject: Update Signup Email

If you did not provide us with a signup email when you created the account, or do not have access to your signup email and need to change it, please provide us with:

  1. The date of birth on the account (month/day/year)
  2. The city/state or province/country the account was created from
  3. Payment information if you purchased upgrades including transaction IDs, buyer name and buyer email

Once we confirm that you own the account, we can add or update your signup email and you can then re-verify it to chat and to keep your account secure.
