How do I pay with a Credit/Debit Card?
Here are the steps to pay with a credit/debit card via Xsolla or PlaySpan/UltimatePay via our website. You can also choose to pay in-game:
- Go to https://www.aq.com/order-now/direct/
- Choose the upgrade you would like to purchase
- Login to your AQWorlds username and password
- Choose the credit card payment method
- Enter all of the information requested
- Then confirm information and payment and click Pay Now
- If your payment is approved, it will list what you have purchased. You can then click Continue for more information regarding your order
- You will receive two payment confirmation emails, one from us and one from Xsolla or UltimatePay/PlaySpan with your payment information
PLEASE NOTE: Certain financial institutions may have an extra verification step to use your card. This is not something that Artix Entertainment or our payment processors have any control over. You may only have to enter the information once to verify. Also, Xsolla and UltimatePay/PlaySpan feature a box that can be checked to save your credit/debit card information when you make a payment. If you do not want your information saved by them, please DO NOT CHECK the box. If they already have your information saved if you did check the box previously, you will have to contact them directly to have them unsave it. Artix Entertainment does not receive or save credit/debit card information.
