How do I pay with a Credit/Debit Card?
Here are the steps to pay with a credit/debit card via PlaySpan/UltimatePay via oue website. You can also choose to pay in-game:
- Go to https://www.aq.com/order-now/direct/
- Choose the upgrade you would like to purchase, you can also choose to pay with Artix Points toward the bottom of the page
- Login to your AQWorlds username and password
- Enter your card number, security code and expiration date
- Enter the name on the card, email, re-enter the email, address, city, state/region, zip/postal code. Your country should already be listed but if it is incorrect, please change it.
- Then confirm payment.
- If your payment is approved, it will list what you have purchased. You can then click Ontinue for more information regarding your order.
- You will receive two payment confirmation emails, one from us and one from UltimatePay with your payment information.
PlaySpan/UltimatePay may automatically create a free UltimatePay account for you to use at your convenience if you wish to make additional payments to us or other gaming companies that accept PlaySpan/UltimatePay.
PLEASE NOTE: PlaySpan/UltimatePay features a box that has been checked to save your credit/debit card information when you make a payment if the age you listed on your Artix/Game Account is over 18 years old. If you do not want your information saved by them, please UNCHECK the box. If they already have your information saved, you will have to contact them directly to have them unsave it. Artix Entertainment does not receive or save credit/debit card information.
