I have a problem with verification. Help!

This page has information for verifiying your account with another Artix game account or verifying/confirming your email to chat if you are over 13 years old

If you have not already tried to verify your AQWorlds account with your Artix game account(s) please try to do via this page.

All accounts that are verified will be linked. If there is a problem with any of the linked accounts in any of the games, all related accounts may be temporarily or permanently disabled for fraudulent payment issues or rule-breaking issues. We do not allow players to share/trade/gift accounts or account verifications.

Verification Items are only useable on Verified accounts. If you remove verification, you lose the Game-Specific Items from that account. Also, if you cannot access your AQWorlds account that is verified due to it being compromised or you forgot the password, we can recover the account for you so you can access your verification again. If your AQWorlds or any other accounts have been disabled due to a payment issue, the accounts will not be reinstated and the verifications will not be changed or removed until that payment issue is resolved.

If you are having an issue with a verification on an AQW account, please provide the following information:
1. Transaction ID from your AQ/DF/MQ upgrade (from PayPal, ClickAndBuy, PayByCash, Check/Money Order, etc) and the payment method you used
2. Game User Name (please specify which game!)
3. Game Email Address
4. AQW User Name
5. AQW Email Address

Please also state the issue as either:
"Not verifying?"
"Showing as already verified?"

Once we receive this information we will be able to remove a verification for you.

If you already went through the steps explained on this page and are still having an issue, we can help.

Please note, verifiying your email to your account is another step you can take to help keep your account as secure as possible. If you verify your email, your email cannot be changed without your explicit authorization. If your email is changed, you have to click a link in the confirmation email you will receive that authorizes the change to occur. If you do not click that link, your email will not be changed and you should change your password immediately.

Everyone can confirm their email, however, only players who are over 13 years of age can chat on the Safiria and Nythera servers. Canned chat is available for our younger players on the Moglin Safe Servers.

If the birthdate on your account is incorrect, the only way we can fix it is if your parents email us directly and confirm your birthdate. If this is not possible, your birthdate cannot be changed, so make sure you give us the correct one when you create your account. If you are found to have given us incorrect information, we cannot help you. If your birthdate is incorrect, please have your parents email us below and state the subject as "Wrong Birthdate."
