Artix's faithful battle pomeranian and his birthday shop leave Battleon with tomorrow night's release! The Daimyo pet is ONLY available during his birthday each year, but once you have it, you can merge him into upgraded versions, like the Legion Daimyo Pet, Armored Daimyo Pet, or the Dark Armored Daimyo pet! This War Seems Different... CHAOTIC!!
Chaos plays with your mind; don't trust what you see! Except in this case, because the war IS different! You have the regular war meter and then a PERSONAL war meter! For every 50 monsters you kill, you defeat 1 war wave. Each wave you defeat raises the top war meter.
Buying the Medallion of Order from the Lore's Defender shop for 500 ACs means that you will only need to kill 25 monsters to complete a wave! The Chaos Destroyer shop unlocks once you've hit 100% on your personal war meter!

The Chaorrupter Blade is a very special weapon. Drakath's gift to Lore's greatest Hero... you! When you equip it, you will do MORE DAMAGE against all Chaos monsters... including Chaos Lords. (Who would have expected that from the Champion of Chaos?!)
This blade WILL change form as the final Chaos battle nears.
You can buy an AC or Member version of the Chaorrupter Locked blade from the Lore's Defender shop to use during the war, OR you can get it as a non-member, gold drop off of the boss monster at the end. The AC and Member versions of the blade do double the damage the non-member version does!
Battle Chaos in the Golden Fury armor when you buy a 12 month upgrade!
You WILL want to keep this weapon, because when it comes time to face Drakath at the end of the Chaos Saga, having this weapon equipped WILL affect your battle. (Drakath's attacks will change based on whether or not you have it equipped... and the blade's increased damage against Chaos WILL trigger on him!)

You, Hero, have grown to used to set patterns, and it's time that changed! As Drakath's monsters spread across Lore, rumors are spreading that some Chaorrupted creatures are attacking, while OTHERS are defending.
NOTHING bad happens to kids in red shirts riding wolves!
Chaos wolves are playing with children while Chaorrupted bears fight off invaders. Chaos chickens lay mountains of wholesome Chaorrupted Eggs for farm-wives to scramble. Sp-Eyes play peek-a-boo with city children.

And to make sure you NEVER rely on the things you encounter when facing Chaos monsters, Drakath instructed his war boss to reward you with the Chaorrupter Blade*, which deals EXTRA DAMAGE to Chaos creatures, if you defeat him!

With the Medallion in your inventory, your war meter will raise twice as fast, because this magical medallion cuts the number of Chaorrupted creatures you need to kill by 50%!

Quest throughout Lore to gather the pieces of the Blade of Awe! Every Hero in a fantasy game needs a weapon strong enough to save the world, and the enhancements attached to this blade will make sure no villain can withstand your might!
/Join Museum and talk to Valencia to head to the Crossroads. There you can begin the quest for the Blade of Awe! After you find each piece, make sure to head to the 2nd floor of the Museum, because you'll see the pieces of the Blade of Awe appear as you gather them!

Enhancements of Awe!
Create the Blade of Awe to unlock the Enhancements of Awe! These can be equipped on ANY weapon in your inventory (but we suggest trying them out with the Blade you've battled so hard to create).

You Said You Couldn't Add New Spaces!!!
You are correct, disembodied collective player-voice! We said back when we didn't think we COULD add more space. We didn't want to risk increasing lag, but with Yorumi's massive improvements over the last year, it is now possible!
When we find out something you guys want isn't able to happen, we let you know that (as much and as often as is reasonable and possible). But sometimes... sometimes what is the truth of a situation one year changes the next year, or two years after that.
When that happens, things we didn't think were possible suddenly BECOME POSSIBLE! That is the BEST way we can be wrong, because it means we're able to do something for you guys we didn't think we could.
There are a lot of things that many of you want to see change. Really change. Core engine-level game-style changes. And we want a lot of those things, too. What can't be done, we work around, or we wait until things change to let us DO the things we want, and you guys want. Or we say, "we won't do that thing, because we are trying to protect you and your account." (Like with trading.)
When we see that you guys haven't enjoyed a release, we go home and think over the weekend. On Mondays, we pull out the giant whiteboard markers and strap on our eraser-bracers and go back to the drawing board.
The next week, we go in with a new battle plan for making the game better. And often the things you want to change CAN'T because of engine or client-level limitations... but we NEVER stop working to make the game better for as many of you guys as we can... while still making sure we CAN keep making the game.

Talk to Cleric Joy in Battleon or Valencia in BattleonTown to buy the Treasure Map for a one-time cost of 2000 AventureCoins, then use the clue it gives in the item description to find a shop hidden in-game full of 0 AC gear only YOU can access!

Things to know:
You cannot open the Treasure Map Shop unless you have purchased the Treasure Map.
Purchasing the Treasure Map unlocks the shop forever(as long as you have it in your inventory)and the shop will be updated regularly!
The gear in the shop costs 0 AdventureCoins so you can take advantage of the free storage!
You only need to buy the map once AND keep it to access all future shop updates!
The clue will change each time the shop updates! (It wouldn't be a very good treasure hunt if it didn't!)

Death from above comes from YOUR hands! Kanataka Warriors are an elite fighting force patrolling the skies over Yokai Island. Unlock the Kanataka Warrior set with a 1 Month Membership; find it inside the payment window in-game (click the "Get Membership" or "Get ACs" button on your Dragon Menu, then look for the Specials tab) or on the Portal Site.
The sons and daughters of Yokai nobles are chosen at a young age and train for the rest of their lives to hone their battle skills. They are prepared to slay any enemy (or sacrifice their own lives) in order to protect the lives and liberty of the people who depend on them.
What comes with the set?
Inspired by the hawks which soar over Yokai Island, Tyronius crafted a set celebrating the Yokai's most sky-worthy warriors!
For some reason, I can NEVER find my socks! (That may be because I don't own any.) From what I hear, lots of you guys have the same problem, and you DO own socks!

Cinco de Mayo means the "Fifth of May" in Spanish, and both US and Mexican residents celebrate it to honor the battle for democracy during the first years of the American Civil War. In Mexico, it's called El Día de la Batalla de Puebla, and celebrates Mexican victory in the Battle of Puebla.

3. A couple sentences about how long you've played AQWorlds, and why you want to help squish bugs.
Here are Stratos' requirements for joining the Bug Hunter crew:
1. You need to have Skype installed. This will let him contact you directly about any of the bugs you've encountered.
2. You must be age 13 or older to join the crew, but 18+ is preferred (as we can give you more responsibilities once you've gained experience)
3. Help when you can. We don't have set times for our Bug Hunters to be available, but we would like you to be available to help regularly.
4. Must be able to follow directions... and ask questions! Stratos has a system set up, but if there's something you don't understand, ASK! He wants to help you squish the bugs as much as you want to squish them!
5. Good critical thinking skills are a plus. (Being able to see a problem and narrow down the source or reason can speed the fixing process up.)

Stratos will contact you directly if you look like a good fit for this task. It won't always (or even often) be fun. You'll read reports, play AQWorlds until it breaks, then go do paperwork. But you WILL be helping the AQW dev team improve the game!
